Shipping & Delivery Policy
What users can expect from medicine and healthcare-product delivery coordinated through HealthRam and participating partners.
Draft under legal review. This policy is not yet final.
Effective date: [Insert before launch] • Last updated: [Insert date]
1. Service area and availability
Delivery is available only in supported service areas and for products/services that participating partners are authorized and able to fulfill. Availability may depend on prescription validation, medicine inventory, delivery capacity, address verification, operating hours and applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Delivery estimates
Any delivery date or time shown is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. HealthRam and participating partners will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed windows, but delays may occur because of prescription clarification, inventory, weather, traffic, public restrictions, force majeure, partner capacity or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Users should be notified of material delays when practical.
3. Prescription and verification requirements
- Prescription medicines will not be dispatched until required prescription and pharmacy checks are completed.
- The pharmacy or delivery partner may request identity, address, OTP or recipient verification before handover.
- Certain products may require age, patient, caregiver or other verification required by law or safety policy.
4. Packaging, temperature and product integrity
Participating partners are expected to use appropriate packaging and handling for the product. Medicines requiring special storage or temperature control should be handled according to applicable product, pharmacy and regulatory requirements. Users should inspect the package on receipt and promptly report visible tampering, leakage, damage, incorrect items or suspected temperature/storage issues.
5. Delivery to another person or caregiver
Where a patient authorizes a caregiver or other recipient, HealthRam may facilitate delivery or status sharing subject to the patient’s permissions and applicable verification. Users are responsible for providing accurate recipient details and ensuring that the recipient is authorized to receive the order.
6. Failed delivery
A delivery may fail if the address is incorrect, the recipient cannot be reached, required verification is unavailable, the location is unsafe/inaccessible, or lawful handover conditions cannot be met. Re-delivery, cancellation or refund treatment will depend on the item, fulfillment stage, partner policy disclosed to the user and applicable law.
7. Delivery charges and tracking
Any delivery charge, tax or other compulsory charge should be disclosed before the user confirms the transaction. Where tracking is available, HealthRam may display order status and estimated progress; tracking information is operational guidance and may not update in real time.
8. Contact for delivery issues
Use Track Order, Contact Us or the order-support channel for late, missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries. Unresolved complaints may be escalated through /legal/grievance.
