Not medical advice

General information, reminders, educational materials, refill prompts, status messages and other website content are provided for informational and coordination purposes. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment recommendation or substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, pharmacist or other licensed healthcare professional.

Emergencies

Do not use HealthRam for emergency diagnosis or emergency response. If you believe you or another person has a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately (including 112 in India where available) or go to the nearest appropriate emergency facility.

Prescription and medicine decisions

  • Do not start, stop, change or delay prescribed medicine based only on website content or an automated reminder.
  • Prescription medicines remain subject to a valid prescription, pharmacy verification, applicable law, availability and the dispensing pharmacist’s professional judgment.
  • Questions about dosage, interactions, side effects, missed doses, substitutions, pregnancy, allergies or worsening symptoms should be directed to an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.

Independent healthcare providers

Participating pharmacies, doctors, clinics, laboratories and other healthcare providers are responsible for their own professional services, clinical judgments, licenses and regulatory obligations. HealthRam may coordinate access, information exchange, scheduling, payment or delivery support but does not control independent clinical decision-making.

Diagnostics and results

Diagnostic test information and reports should be interpreted by an appropriate healthcare professional in the context of symptoms, medical history and other clinical information. A test result, whether normal or abnormal, should not be used by itself to self-diagnose or change treatment without appropriate advice.

Service limitations

HealthRam does not guarantee that a particular medicine, provider, laboratory, appointment, delivery window or clinical outcome will be available. Service availability may vary by geography, prescription status, inventory, provider capacity, regulatory requirements and other operational factors.

Caregiver features

Caregiver alerts and shared updates are support tools only. They do not create a duty of continuous medical monitoring and should not be relied on as the sole method for detecting emergencies, medication non-adherence or deterioration in health.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. If another HealthRam policy conflicts with a mandatory legal or professional requirement, the mandatory requirement prevails.
