1. About HealthRam and acceptance of these Terms

HealthRam Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. ("HealthRam", "we", "us" or "our") provides a technology-enabled healthcare coordination platform that may help users manage medicine refills, prescriptions, delivery coordination, caregiver access, diagnostic services and other supported health-service workflows. By accessing or using the website or services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information and update it when it changes.
  • You are responsible for protecting account credentials, one-time passwords and access to your device.
  • You must promptly notify HealthRam if you believe your account or personal information has been accessed without authorization.
  • Where a caregiver or family member acts for another person, appropriate consent, authority or lawful basis must exist before that person’s information or services are managed.

3. Prescriptions, medicines and healthcare services

Prescription medicines are supplied or dispensed only through appropriately licensed pharmacy partners and only after required prescription and eligibility checks. Diagnostic or clinical services, where offered, are provided by participating licensed laboratories, doctors, clinics or other independent healthcare providers. Availability depends on location, partner participation, applicable law and clinical or professional requirements.

HealthRam may facilitate coordination, technology, reminders, status updates, payments or support; it does not replace the independent professional judgment of pharmacists, doctors, laboratories or other licensed providers. A provider may decline, modify or delay a service where required for safety, legal compliance, prescription validation, stock availability or professional judgment.

4. Orders, pricing and payments

  • Prices, taxes, delivery charges, discounts and other applicable charges should be displayed before confirmation where reasonably practicable.
  • Final medicine pricing and availability may depend on the dispensing pharmacy, prescription, pack size, taxes and lawful substitutions or availability.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms may also apply.
  • If an obvious pricing, catalog or technical error occurs, HealthRam or the relevant partner may correct the error and, where necessary, cancel and refund an affected transaction in accordance with applicable law.

5. Cancellations, returns, refunds and delivery

Cancellations, returns, refunds and delivery are governed by the applicable HealthRam policies, partner terms disclosed at the point of transaction and applicable law. Medicines and other healthcare products may have safety-based return restrictions after dispensing or delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to consumers under applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activity.
  • Do not upload false prescriptions, impersonate another person, interfere with security controls, scrape protected data, reverse engineer restricted systems or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not use another person’s health information without appropriate permission or lawful authority.

7. Intellectual property and third-party services

HealthRam and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, branding, content and related materials, except for user-provided content and third-party materials. Limited personal use is permitted only as necessary to use the services. Third-party websites, payment services, pharmacies, laboratories, doctors, delivery providers and other partners may have separate terms and privacy practices.

8. Availability, changes and suspension

Services may be unavailable or changed because of maintenance, outages, partner capacity, geographic limitations, regulatory requirements, emergencies or other operational conditions. HealthRam may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse or maintain system integrity.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided subject to availability and are not a guarantee of diagnosis, treatment outcome, medicine availability or uninterrupted service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The separate Medical & Healthcare Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.

10. Privacy, communications and electronic records

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You may receive service communications necessary to administer an order, refill, account, security event or care-coordination workflow. Optional promotional communications should be sent only where permitted and may be opted out of using the available controls.

11. Governing law, grievances and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any forum or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, courts of competent jurisdiction in Odisha, India shall have jurisdiction. Complaints may be submitted through the Grievance Redressal & Contact page. We may update these Terms when services or legal requirements change; material changes will be communicated where required.
